Wallet Assessment Privacy Disclosures
Clear disclosures regarding data handling, read-only guarantees, retention limits, and cryptographic key protection.
1. Read-Only Architecture
CluePI Wallet Rescue is engineered with zero transaction-signing capability. Our software does not integrate browser wallet connections (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Phantom), does not store private signing keys, and cannot broadcast transactions on any blockchain network.
When you submit a public address, our service performs standard read-only queries against public blockchain nodes.
2. Strict Zero Secrets Policy
We will never request, collect, store, or process private keys, 12 or 24-word recovery seed phrases, keystore JSON files, or wallet passwords.
Our input fields automatically reject entries resembling seed phrase patterns or private key strings before any network request is sent.
3. Public Ledger Data vs. Confidential Case Data
Blockchain transactions are permanent public records. However, the association of a specific public address with your personal name, email, or incident report is treated as strictly confidential.
- Assessment Reports: Assessment reports are generated with randomized, non-guessable identifiers. They are not publicly indexed in sitemaps.
- Case Inquiries: When you submit a case review, your contact information and incident statements are accessible only to CluePI licensed investigators and legal compliance staff.
4. Data Retention & Right to Erasure
Temporary client assessments cached in your browser can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's local cache.
